In the field of ethnic/world music Valique has recorded a re-work album of classical Russian folk and war songs with the sweet voice of Natalya Bondareva, giving the nu-jazz/soul/funk/russo-beat interpretations to the anthems of Russian composers' school. The album "For the Father's Land" was released on Gigant Records/Moscow in May 2005. Particularilly interested in Indian music, Valique cooperated with the Russian-Sweedish film-maker Sam Khlebanov on the soundtrack to his documentary "Galle Road". It turned out to be the visual diary of several volunteers acting in Sri-Lanka after the Tsunami disaster, accompained with original deep-house/modern classical/Indian musical cocktail. The film was presented on the Goteborg Film Festival on 3rd of February 2006. The film received a prize on "Stalker" Film Festival in Moscow in 2006. The first Russian 12 inch "Taking Your Seat" out on Freestyle Records/UK in March 26, 2007 received a massive support from dj's and collectors world-wide.
